1. Orders Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance based on product availability, accurate product information, and successful payment confirmation.

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been received.
ETNARA reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.

2. Product Availability

Our collections are crafted in limited quantities. While we make every effort to update stock levels in real time, product availability cannot always be guaranteed.

If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer you the choice of a store credit or a full refund.

3. Product Information

We take great care to ensure all product descriptions, prices, and delivery charges are accurately reflected. However, if any errors occur, ETNARA will not be liable for any resulting loss. In the case of a pricing error, you will be entitled to a full refund or store credit as applicable.

4. Risk & Website Usage

Use of the ETNARA website is entirely at your own risk. ETNARA is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of reliance on information provided on the website.

Exchange & Return Policy

At ETNARA, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy carefully:

Strictly no refunds.

Clients have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

Exchanges are permitted only if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • The product is not missing any components or accessories.
  • The item is returned at the client’s own cost, and a courier fee will apply for the delivery of the exchanged item.
  • Exchanges are limited to size changes (if available) or a store credit if the requested size is out of stock.
  • ETNARA reserves the right to accept or decline any exchange based on the condition of the returned item.

Please Note:

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted on sale or promotional items.
  • ETNARA is not responsible for damages caused by improper washing or care. Please follow the care instructions provided with your garments.

If we deliver the incorrect item or if the item is materially different from what was described, we will collect it at no cost and offer either a correct replacement (if in stock) or a full store credit.

Delivery Policy

ETNARA delivers all orders using our preferred courier partners.
Standard delivery can take up to 7 working days, depending on your location.

Deliveries do not take place over weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on Thursdays or during promotional events (e.g. Black Friday) may experience a longer processing period.

Delivery delays do not qualify for refunds.
Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer.

EFT Payments

Orders paid via EFT will only be processed once payment is received and reflects in ETNARA’s account.

Proof of payment is required for your order to be reserved.
Orders will not be held for more than 3 working days without payment confirmation. EFT payments may result in delivery delays.
